Returns & Refunds Policy

Ahmedln wants you to be confident and satisfied with your purchase. If something does not meet your expectations, Ahmedln offers returns and refunds according to the guidelines below. Please read this policy carefully before submitting a return request.

Return Eligibility

Ahmedln accepts returns for items that meet the following conditions:

Return request submitted within 30 days after delivery.
Item must be unused, undamaged, and unassembled.
Item must remain in original packaging, including box, plastic wrap, foam, etc.
All accessories, manuals, and labels must be included.
Items showing signs of use, wear, damage, or missing components may not qualify for a refund.

How to Request a Return

Contact Ahmedln with your order number and reason for return.
Ahmedln will review your request. Once approved, Ahmedln will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the specific return address.
Ship the item securely using a trackable method.
Once received and inspected, Ahmedln will process your refund.

Return Shipping Cost

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on Ahmedln's part.

No Exchanges

Ahmedln currently does not support product exchanges. If you wish to obtain a different item, you may return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Refund Processing

Once your returned package has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 1–2 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Depending on your bank or card issuer, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear.
No restocking fees are charged on returned items.

Return Address & Important Notice

Returns must not be shipped to Ahmedln’s company registered address.
Once approved, Ahmedln will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the specific return address.
Unauthorized returns may be denied or lost and will not be eligible for a refund.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact Ahmedln as soon as possible after placing your order.

Before Shipment

Orders may be canceled free of charge if the cancellation request is submitted before the order has been shipped.
Once confirmed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

After Shipment

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
In this case, you may request a return after delivery according to the Returns & Refunds Policy.
Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to Ahmedln’s error or a product defect.
